Inspiración zen - Zen inspiration

Desde el  año pasado he estado participando de la fundación de "El arte de vivir": una experiencia maravillosa!!

Mi esposo y yo fuimos a un curso de la fundación en "El tigre" (uno de los lugares que mas amo).

Fue un finde increíble!!!

Espero poder transmitirles a través de estas imágenes  la paz y la alegría que experimentamos.

Si han visto mi blog, habrán notado que soy "señorita colorinche", pero a veces el blanco puede ser sumamente inspirador, y, después de todo, todos los colores están contenidos en él.

Since last year I´ve been´taking part of the "Art of living" foundation: A wonderful experience!.

My husband and I attended to a course at "El tigre" (one of the places I love most).

It was an incredible weekend!!

I hope I ´m able to transmit the peace and joy we´ve experienced there trough these images.

If you have seen my blog, you may have realized the I´m "lady color", but sometimes white can be really inspiring, and after all, all the colors are conteined in it.

Los dejo con aguita fresca para el finde... JAI GURU DEV (que en sanscrito significa: "honro lo mas lindo que hay en vos")  :-)

Si! hay un día mas éste año, un oportunidad extra!. ¿De qué?: de lo que a cada uno se le ocurra!
Los invito a pensar algo diferente para hacer el 29 de febrero. Después de todo, si fuese un año común, no utilizarías ese tiempo para limpiar el baño o cumplir obligaciones aburridas. Tampoco estoy instigando a pegarse un faltazo al laburo o a la anarquía total, pero si a buscar a lo largo del día un tiempo especial para éste día especial.  
  Puede ser solo media hora de una buena lectura postergada, cocinar algo diferente, tener una gesto amable con alguien, visitar una amiga que hace tiempo que no vemos, dormir la siesta, hacer un picnic en familia... lo que sea que nos haga sentir bien!.
  Ya que ocurre una vez cada cuatro años... a inventar una celebración personal!!
 ¿Ya están pensando...? ¡Me encantaría que lo compartan y dejen sus comentarios! Y, si se animan, a postear algo al respecto el 1°!!!
¡A celebrar porque sí!!! 


Yes! there is an extra day this year! an extra oppotunity! of what? of whatever you want!
I invite you to think about something different to do on 29 th february. After all,l if it was an ordinary year, we wouldn´t have that time to wash the toilette or attend boring duties. I´m not calling either to skip work or total anarchy, but I do call to find some especial time for ourselves during that day.
  It may be just half an hour of good reading, cooking something different, being nice to someone, visiting a friend we haven´t met for a while, taking a nap, having a picnic with our family... whatever it makes you feel good!!!.
  It just happens once every 4 years... so lets create a personal celebration for it!!!
  Are you already thinking...?  I´d love you to share it and leave your coments!!!. And if you dare, lets post something about it on 1st March.!

Adios Begi.... - Goodbye Begi

 Luego de mas de diéz años de puro amor, Begi partió... . Cuando volvimos de las vaciones. no estaba en el jardín esperandonos...
 Había nacido en mi casa materna cuando era soltera y fue criada por nosotros. Cuando me casé, se vino conmigo a mi nueva casa.
 Fue una gran compañera, era tranquila y a la vez guardiana. Era increíblemente dulce, hasta adoptó a nuestro gato Dalí como si fuese su propio hijto!. Era hermoso verlos durmiendo junto y "besándose"...
 Se que la voy a extrañar profundamente... pero me alegra y agradezco por tenerla y compartir su amor todos estos años...




After more of ten years of pure love, Begi has passed away... . When we came back from holidays, she wasn´t in the garden waiting for us...
She had been born at my mum´s home when I was single and she was raised by us. When I got married she came with me to my new house.
 She was a great partner, both quiet and watchdog. She was incredible sweet, she even adopted our cat Dalí as if he were her own child. It was lovely watching them sleeping together and "kissing" eachother...  
 I know I´ll deeply miss her... but I´m glad and thankfull of having she and sharing her love for all these years...
