Ommmmmmmmmmmmmm

 Estos últimos días han sido un poco difíciles. Así que, respiré profundo y pensé: Tengo dos opciones: O envío ciertas personas  a hacer una inspección ocular directa de la evolución del volcán Puyehue... o hago algo mas inteligente y creativo...

These last days were pretty difficult. So, I breath deeply and think to myself: I have to options: I send some people to make an ocular inspection of the evolution of  Puyehue volcano....  (which has been erupting for a few days in southern Chile) or do something more inteligent and creative...



Y elegí la segunda opción...

And I chose the second option...

 Endilgarles a otros la culpa sobre lo que sentimos es bastante cómodo e infantil. A veces no somos reponsables sobre las acciones de otras personas pero si somos responsables de los que pensamos y sentimos al respecto...

Blaming someone else for our feelings is pretty comfortable and childish...Some times we are not responsible of other people actions, but we do are responsible of what we think and feel about it.

Contacto con la naturaleza...ésta es me pequeña huerta: calendulas, albahaca, acelga, perejil, lechuga, cebollas...

Mas unos ejercicios de Qi Gong y de respiración (todavía no logro sacarme fotos a mi misma mientras los hago)

Plus some Qi gong ( a sort of eastern yoga) and breathing exercises... I still can´t manage to take myself photos while doing them!

Escribiendo un poco... disfrutando de tomar algo calentito en mi taza pintada a mano preferida...sahumerios...el sonido de buena música...el sonido del buen silencio...

Mirar nuestro interior... realmente querer sentirse mejor... hacer todo lo posible para lograrlo... y sacar provecho de dos días de estar en casa con gripe! es increíble cuantas cosas se pueden hacer en dos días de no ir a trabajar!

Looking inside ourselves... really willing to feel better...doing everything we can to get it... and taking advantage of two days staying at home with flue!!! It´s incredible how many things we can do in just two days without going to work!!

El huevo y la gallina - The egg and the chicken

Hace mas de una año atrás, encontré éstos maravillosos botones aretesanales y pintados a mano en la feria artesanal de El Bolsón (una feria enorme y fantástica), en la Patagonia argentina, uno de los lugares mas hermosos de mi país. Así que decidí tejer algo para usarlos.

More then one year ago, I found this wonderful handmade and handpainted buttons in the craft market of  "El bolsón" ( areally great and huge fair), in argentinian Patagonia, one of the most beautiful places of my country. So I decided to knit something for them.

Así que fue al revés... primero los botones y luego todo lo demás! No son realmente inspiradores?

So it happened in the opposite way... first the buttons and then everything else! Aren´t them inspiring?

                

Luego encontré esta hermosa lana cruda artesanal.

Then I found a beautiful handmade raw wool.

 Y... como la lana era cruda... por que no combinarla con fieltro?

And... since it was a raw wool... why don´t match it with felt? 

 

Y aquí está... un saco super calentito calentito...!

And here it is... an extra cozy cozy sweater...!

Estos días estuve trabajando en algunos proyectos de fieltro. Cada vez que lo hago, las imágenes, los aromas, las sensaciones... de mi primer taller de fieltro, en las sierras cordobesas de Argentina, vienen a mi.
Fue una experiencia realmente maravillosa!, entonces pensé, porqué no compartirla?

 These days, I have been working with some felt projects. Every time I do it,the images,  the fragrance, the feelings... of my first felt workshop, in the mountain ranges of Cordoba, Argentina, come to me. It was such a wonderful expierence!, so I thought, why don´t sharing it with you?

Andrea, nuestra profesora, es una persona muy dulce y generosa que abrió para nosotras (tres alumnas) su casa, su familia y su corazón.

 Andrea, our teacher, is a sweet and generous person that open for us (trhee pupils). her house, her family and her heart.
 

 



 Ésto fue en Marzo de 2010. Luego hice varios seminarios mas: con Julia Rossi http://www.mjuliarossi.blogspot.com/   y Celia Mikkelsen  http://www.artefieltros.com/.  Algunos compartimos con Gabriela de http://www.indiaylaluna.blogspot.com/  y si bien aprendí cosas nuevas y seguí parcticando ( y sigo), esos primeros pasos con el fieltro fueron maravillosos. Cada vez que siento el aroma al vellón, vuelvo a viajar un poco a esas sierras  y a sentir el sol de esos últimos días de verano...

This was on March of 2010. After that I made somo more workshops with Julia Rossi www.mjuliarossi.blogspot.com   and Celia Mikkelsen  www.artefieltros.com.  I shared some of them with Gabriela  www.indiaylaluna.blogspot.com . Even I learnt new things and went (go) on doing more practice, those first steps with felt were wonderful. Every time I smell the fleece fragrance,. I come back to travel for a while to those mountain ranges and feel the sun of those last  summer days .

El último y tercer día del taller día a recolectar hierbas y cortezas para teñir.

On the third and last day of the workshop, we went to collect some herbs and barks for dying

 Moliendo "grana cochinilla", con lo que se obtienen rojos, bordeaux, rosa... colores en mi cabeza... y no solo afuera....
