As.

Or  a "relashing" weekend (as someone I know says)
Last weekend we went to the nature reserve in Puerto Madero, B. As., in Argentina (a very top neighborhood with very top birds).
People goes there to practice footing, cycling, bird watching or just getting relaxed.

This is a red hoco with its pigeons. Isn´t it wonderfull?

Someone drew this beauty on the table where we sat down to have a break. Which story  would be behind it?

Isn´t it a beautiful landscape?. Have you noticed those white things spoiling it?. They are plastic bags... a good reason for stop using them!

And afterwards, we went to the event I mentioned in the last post: America meditates. (organised by "The art of living fundation")
It was WONDERFUL. Thousands of people meditating for world peace in different cities of the world, beyond personal believes and religions.(Just in Palermo there was mora than 20.000 people!)
People of different ages: young, old, families... there was several babies and little children who remained in complete silece during the meditation, they were extra quiet.
It was both deeply vibrant and a complete celebration.

It´s difficult to transmit the joy and energy we experienced there... . To get you closer it a bit, here there is a video of a performance of "So what project", an incredible band creator of the Yoga rave party, a healthy entertainment, where people dance, sing and meditate with Sanskrit mantras.
